Here is the story of my weight loss journey in pictures... (the whole story of my weight loss, and how I did it is documented in my book Weight Loss Journey).
Anyway, here are the pictures...
Before losing weight - Pictures from 2009-Spring 2010. I don't know my exact weight, perhaps around 250-260 pounds, maybe.
Then I got an exercise bike, got into swimming, started eating better, started playing football (soccer) and running.
In December 2010, I took part in a charity run - a "Santa Dash"

In September 2011, I did the Bournemouth-to-Boscombe Swim (1.5 miles swim in the English Channel)
In December 2011, I did another "Santa Dash" - last year was hard, this was easy!

In September 2012, I did the Nuts Challenge, a crazy, muddy, cross-country obstacle/assault course.

I was muddy as well, but most of the mud washed off in the lake that I had to wade across (there was a floating crossing, but I fell off and into the lake).
Here's me on vacation in October 2012:
In March 2013, I did the Major Series South, a crazy, muddy, 10km cross-country obstacle/assault course. This was really muddy, and involved going up and down far too many steep hills. Here I am warming up before the course with my cousin who also participated in the event.
On 31 August 2013, I completed the Nuts Challenge (the crazy obstacle course that I did last year). Last year, I did one lap. This year I did two! Aching all over afterwards though... as you can see it was muddy!
